Citrix ShareFile provides businesses a secure online file repository that can be used by employees and clients for collaboration, encrypted email, and e-signature. ShareFile also offers such features as file drops and web forms that can be embedded into your company website to allow customers to upload files directly to your employees.

ShareFile Desktop App for PC and Mac
The ShareFile Desktop app for PC and Mac allow your users to interact with their ShareFile files without having to open a browser. ShareFile shows up in the File Explorer or Finder window just like any other folder. This provides your users a familiar experience, allows editing of files directly without the need to repeatedly download and upload files and allows users to store all of their files securely in the cloud and not on their local computer.
ShareFile Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook
The ShareFile Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook works on both PC and Mac. The Outlook Plug-in allows users to easily send encrypted emails and attachments. The Outlook Plug-In also allows users to send files that are larger than normal email limits. In addition to sending secure files, your employees can also send an email requesting file securely from customers and clients. All directly from within Outlook.
Print to ShareFile for PC
Print to ShareFile works like the print to PDF function that many users are familiar with except that it allows your users to print from any application and have the printout uploaded directly to ShareFile. The ability to print from any program directly to ShareFile saves your users steps by not having to print to PDF and then upload. Your users can also email the printout with ShareFile without ever having to leave the program or application they are working in.
ShareFile Sync App for PC and Mac
If your users need offline access to their ShareFile files and folders then the ShareFile Sync App for PC and Mac will provide that solution. The Sync app allow users to access and edit documents directly on their computer as a local copy. In the background the Sync app uploads changes and new files to ShareFile and downloads any changes and files created by other methods. The local and cloud versions are mirrors and allow users to work offline. Perfect for mobile users who don’t have internet access and their change are automatically uploaded to ShareFile once they connect back to the internet.
ShareFile Mobile Apps for Android and iPhone
For users who need access on the go the ShareFile Mobile apps allow your users to access their ShareFile files and folders from any device, mobile phone or tablet with the ShareFile apps. The ShareFile Apps are available through the Google Play Store and iPhone / iPad App Store. The secure nature of ShareFile allows your users to have access to their files without you having to worry about keeping those files secure.
Bonus Tip: E-Signature
Citrix ShareFile provides the ability to sign and request e-signatures for your documents. The e-sig feature of ShareFile provides creates a verification report that provides all necessary information for the electronic signatures to be legally binding. The e-signature feature can collect more than just signatures allowing your users to place other fields and build forms that can then be securely sent to recipients within your organization or externally. Your users are notified when the documents are viewed and signed and workflows allow the document and notification to automatically be sent to the next signer once the previous signer completes the process. All of these e-signature features are included with ShareFile without the requirement for other third-party apps.
